Bryan Berry has spent his entire career in the construction world.  Prior to co-founding BERD he served as a senior project manager and operations manager for a well-established construction firm based in the DC metropolitan area.  His projects have taken him around the country: from DC to California, to Texas and Florida. Bryan has managed projects of all sizes: from the interior renovation of a 660 unit apartment complex all the way to a simple garage power washing, Bryan has done it all.  From the initial handshake to the final walk through, Bryan is making sure that no detail is overlooked on any project.
Mark Dillon, prior to co-founding BERD, spent the prior 10 years of his career working at Citibank in both Washington, DC and New York City.  He began his career in institutional lending and then shifted to investment management and investment sales.  He had his first taste of construction work while partnering with Bryan on the renovation of a rental property which he owned in Washington, DC.  From there the idea for BERD was hatched.  Mark has been relationship focused his entire career and he brings this client focus with him to BERD.
